Shipping:
All items are handmade allow 6-8 weeks for the item to be made Most of the dog breeds are in stock e-mail me for the color avalible pictures are for examples only and do not show the actual piece as each piece of wood is different. E-mail me for a picture and I will post the actual piece on the website.
All domestic orders are shipped either via USPS or UPS. Please allow 2-10 delivery days on all domestic orders.
International orders are shipped either via USPS or UPS and can be expected within 2 weeks (some earlier, some later, depending on which country you live in.)
We do our best to ship orders out as soon as possible. In stock orders are processed on the next business day and are shipped soon thereafter. Occasionally delays in shipping occur during promotions and during the holiday season. Please be patient. We do our best to get every order processed and out the door as fast as possible. We generally do not fill orders on the weekends.
PATTERNS: All Patterns are shipped via USPS or UPS in a mailing tube and are usually shipped the next working day.
Return Policy:
We do not accept returns or refunds for any reason other than defective merchandise. We are not responsible for USPS shipments that are lost or damaged. If your package is lost or damaged you will need to file a claim with the shipping agent that lost or damaged your order. The only way to guarantee delivery is to choose UPS, which enables us to track your package. If your item is defective and found to be our fault, we will gladly replace your item.
